Courses
We offer a variety of Fugu Courses starting at 5,300 yen (tax included) per person, which allows you to fully enjoy Fugu dishes such as Tessa (Fugu Sashimi) and Tecchiri (Tiger Puffer Hot Pot).
For a touch of luxury, we recommend our Premium Wild Tiger Puffer Courses, delivered directly from Shimonoseki. Enjoy the firm, springy texture and the rich umami flavor that unfolds as you chew. We take pride in offering consistent quality and flavor throughout the year.
At the Osaka Umeda Higashidori Location, we also offer a luxurious seasonal course that lets you enjoy both "Torafugu"(Tiger Puffer) and "Unagi"(Eel) together.




Menus
Our signature dish, Tecchiri Hot Pot, has been a loved favorite since our founding. Its rich broth is infused with the full umami of Pufferfish. Our thick-cut Guenpin-style Tessa (Fugu Sashimi) lets you savor the natural flavor of the Pufferfish along with its uniquely satisfying texture. We also offer a variety of Fugu dishes that pair perfectly with Sake, including "Yubiki (Boiled Tiger Puffer Skin Sashimi)", known for its addictive crunchy texture, and our crispy "Karaage (Deep-Fried Tiger Puffer)" marinated in a special sauce. In addition, we feature hearty Crab dishes and seasonal specialties such as tender, Grilled Unagi (Eel).

Be sure to try Guenpin's Hirezake-sake infused with a grilled Fugu Fin, carefully prepared using far-infrared grilling for exceptional flavor. With its rich aroma and deep flavor that remain even as it cools, this is a drink to truly savor. Our extensive selection of Japanese Sake and Shochu pairs beautifully with Fugu dishes, making it perfect for a leisurely and enjoyable dining experience. We also offer a full range of classic beverages including beer, highballs, and sours, ideal for group gatherings. For guests who prefer not to drink alcohol, a variety of soft drinks is available, so everyone can enjoy their time with us.
